Do you want to spend a vacation in a quiet atmosphere surrounded by greenery? For you, who wish to leave work and commitments behind and enjoy some time away from the city... take advantage of the flat rate offer and book now your pitch within the campsite for the whole calendar year.

At Elbadoc Camping Village, we are waiting for you from Easter until October to experience an outdoor vacation surrounded by the green of nature and the blue of the sea to the fullest: enjoy the ultimate relaxation.

Because we are open year-round, you have the opportunity to relax and have fun during the warmer months, but with the flat rate offer you can also enjoy savings. In fact, by reserving your pitch for the whole year, you can keep your caravan or RV on the pitch at all times.

During the fall and winter months (November, December, January, February, March) you will be able to enter the campground upon prior notice and with limited services: night security and regular opening hours of the reception and bar/restaurant are not guaranteed.

Plus, at the end of the season, you have the benefit of not having to move your vehicle: it doesn't get any better than this!


FLAT RATE PITCH OFFER
Offer valid all year round


For the 2023 calendar year: annual flat rate amount of €2800 (excluding electricity consumption)

What is included in your flat rate offer: 

• Possibility of parking caravans or RVs on the pitch
• Annual pitch rental with no obligation to vacate it at the end of the season
• Maximum 6 guests, not named
• 1 pet per pitch in compliance with the rules of the campsite
• 1 vehicle per pitch in compliance with the rules of the campsite
• Use of plumbing and sewage system 
• Custody of your property during your absence
• Insurance for damage to persons or property belonging to you, depending on failure of the campsite management company to exercise due diligence.
• Routine maintenance of the pitch

Not included in the flat rate:

• Use of electrical system - electricity consumption is quantified with dedicated meter and paid separately at a cost of €0.50/kWh*
• Supply of LPG cylinder
• Connection to the plumbing and sewage system involving a one-time payment for the necessary works required for this purpose, to be estimated on a case-by-case basis

The total can also be paid in two installments: 

• €1000 due by April 1 
• €1800 due by August 31 

Or in a single installment of €2800 by June 30

*Elbadoc Srl reserves the right from now on to change the cost per kWh in the event that the cost of raw material exceeds €0.60/kWh or is less than €0.12/kWh.
